The Sports Sparks team are experienced practitioners in providing creative problem solving training to augment professional skills.


We have all the resources of Bayes Business School, a UK top ten ranked business school, at our disposal. We also work with experienced sports consultants to help develop and deliver our content, which is both cutting-edge and highly relevant to your teams.

  • Onboarding workshop

    A 60min virtual workshop to explain the basic ideas that underpin the creative problem solving strategies of Sport Sparks.


    Presented by experienced creativity, innovation and leadership professionals, the session will instil basic understanding and confidence when it comes to using the tool.


    By the end of the workshop delegates will


    • understand what we mean when we say creative problem solving

    • how to use Sport Sparks to apply creative problem solving to elevate coaching practice

  • The Process of Creativity

    By the end of this 2 hour intensive introduction workshop, attendees will have a practical understanding of 


    • what we mean when we say creativity 

    • behaviour that supports creative problem solving

    • why creative problem solving is fundamental to successful outcomes

    • how to apply creative problem solving to elevate coaching practice

    The session will actively explore the following themes 


    • what is creativity? – divergent & convergent thinking /new & useful

    • what behaviour inspires and what extinguishes creativity in teams and the people in them?

    • how creativity powers teams to higher levels of success

    • how to use Sport Sparks to support your own creative problem solving process

    This workshop can be delivered either in person or online via Zoom. 


    Delegates will need a good internet connection, a laptop/desktop and a mobile phone for interactive activities.


    Suitable for upto 10 delegates on line, more in person
