Quick Guide

Create your challenge

Create a challenge by identifying who in your team might be experiencing a problem and which area it covers e.g. a swimmer is facing a challenge concerning her general performance and nutrition. Add filter tags to add more context.

Secondly, summarise the situation in a couple of sentences: ‘The swimmer is asking for strategies to reduce her tiredness. She is not reporting a lack of sleep, her nutrition and diet are balanced, and she undergoes regular recovery processes after exercising to promote healing.’

Then think about what a desired outcome would be. For example: ‘The desired outcome would be that the swimmer no longer feels tired and is able to train optimally.’ If any other details are important, add them in the box below. You can find out more here or watch our video tutorials

Use Sparks

A series of sparks will appear after you create your challenge, prompting you to approach your problem from different angles. Three sections provide a range of sparks: explore, imagine and solve.

Refresh the sparks for even more inspiration.

You can also explore the Learning tab for academic resources and case studies to help guide your decision-making.

Develop a plan

When you select a spark develop it further by using the prompt to think about how this relates to your specific challenge in the description and notes section.

Save the sparks you think will help you overcome your challenge as an ‘idea’, which you can revisit and reflect on any time you like.

Once you have successfully solved a challenge you can also save this to your dashboard and remind yourself of the steps you went through to achieve a positive end result.
